Town Council Meeting

Monthly meeting of Leyburn Town Council.

Agendas are published on the Tuesday prior to the meeting and are put on the Town Council noticeboard on the wall of Wrays hardware shop, opposite the Newsagents shop.

All monthly Town Council meetings start at 7.00 p.m. and take place in the Oak Room, ground floor, Thornborough Hall and are open to the general public. Leyburn ratepayers may speak for a maximum of three minutes at the start of the meeting during the ‘Public Representations’ section.

The Annual Parish Meeting takes place on Monday, 25th March 2019 and begins at 7.30p.m. This is an opportunity for Leyburn ratepayers to raise an issue with the Town Council and any items you wish to raise or questions must be sent to the Council in advance.The Annual Parish Meeting is the meeting where the Council report to its electorate on what it has accomplished in the preceding year Electors, public and press are invited are the to hear reports from the Chairman, County Councillors, community groups and any organisation that the town or Council has funded during the year.
