We are a group of local people who are trying to raise awareness within Leyburn of the need to reduce, re-use and recycle the things we buy, particularly single-use plastic. We are currently based on Facebook, but hope to organise regular public events in Leyburn, following the success of the Environmental Fair we held in December 2019. If you are interested in being involved with events, please do get in touch.
MUSIC with MUMMY, established in 1992, provides a musical education through active play for the pre-school child. It is run by carefully selected franchisees, who are trained to use the material and deliver the educational games and songs specially prepared for their very young pupils. The music is drawn from a mix of old favourites (nursery rhymes, folk songs etc) and original baby songs specifically aimed at the youngest of children.
The full programme is made up of three streams
Age 0 – 1 Jolly Babies
Age 1 – 3 Music With Mummy
Age 3 – 4 Three Four Time
We are the Local Support and Development Organisation (LSDO) in Richmondshire and Volunteer Centre. We provide a range of support services to voluntary and community organisations and volunteers.
