Leyburn Town Council is committed to openness and accountability. In line with the Local Government Transparency Code 2015, we publish key information to help residents understand how public money is spent and how decisions are made.

As a local council with an annual turnover exceeding £200,000, we are required to publish the following information on our website:

Quarterly Publications

• Expenditure over £500
  A list of all individual payments over £500, including the date, purpose, and recipient.

Payments over £500 April-Sept 25

• Procurement Card Transactions
  (Not applicable if the council does not use one.)
• Procurement Information
  Details of contracts, tenders, and agreements over £5,000.

Annual Publications

• Local Authority Land
  A list of land and building assets owned or managed by the council.
• Grants to Voluntary and Community Organisations
  Details of any grants awarded, including recipient and purpose.
• Organisation Chart
  A chart showing the structure of the council staff (if applicable).
• Trade Union Facility Time
  (Not applicable if no union representatives are in place.)
• Senior Salaries
  We confirm that no employees earn £50,000 or more, so no individual salary disclosures are required.
