North Yorkshire Council reminds homeowners who have experienced flooding or are identified as at risk of flooding that they may be eligible for a grant of up to £7,500 to protect their homes from water ingress.
Eligible homeowners will shortly receive a letter inviting them to book their survey directly with JBA Consulting. North Yorkshire Council encourages eligible homeowners to book their surveys by the 31st of May. The surveys are free, and there is no obligation to proceed with any property flood resilience measures recommended.
