Room Hire at Thornborough Hall
Oak Room
This is located on the ground floor of the Hall and features a beautiful oak fireplace as well as other original Victorian features. The room can be hired by the hour and there is a kitchen located nearby on the ground floor. There are toilet facilities, including a disabled toilet, located off the front entrance hall.
The room can seat up to 65 people and the use of the tables and chairs is included in the hire fee. The corridor outside the room can be used for refreshments if needed. We do not permit anything to be fixed to the walls of the room or the corridor in order to protect the wall finishes.
WiFi is available in the room.
Thornborough Hall Oak Room Hire Rates
ORDINARY USERS & LOCAL RESIDENTS: £10.00 per hour
BUSINESS MEETINGS: £15.00 per hour
THORNBOROUGH HALL TENANTS: £12.50 per hour
ELECTION (Full Day): £350.00
WEDDINGS – Ceremony Only:
- Up to 30 Guests: £250.00
- Between 30-65 Guests: £400.00
NON-RETURNABLE DEPOSIT: £100.00
Bank Holiday Weekends Surcharge: £100.00
Extra Hours (e.g., for drinks before/after): £12.50 per hour (Note: If reception is held here, party rates apply)
PARTIES:
- Up to 4 hours: £50.00
- Additional hours: £15.00 per hour
Additional Information:
- MIDNIGHT FINISH
- LATE LOCK UP FEE APPLIES AFTER 10 P.M.
- DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO SECURE WEDDING BOOKINGS
- VAT at 20% to be added to the above hire charges
- 1 HOUR MINIMUM CHARGE on all bookings
- £15.00 LOCK UP FEE on bookings outside of hall opening hours
- LATE LOCK-UP FEE: £24.00 to be charged after 10 P.M.
