Come along to the Annual Parish Meeting to meet your Councillors, find out what local organisations have been doing and their plans for the future.Â
The meeting is also an opportunity for electors to have a say on anything they consider valuable to the people of Leyburn.
The Town Council would like to invite all the local voluntary trusts and organisations to attend the Annual Parish Meeting.
All invited organisations will be given opportunity to inform everyone of their aspirations and visions for the future and more importantly to showcase what they do and how they contribute to the Leyburn Community.
The Annual Parish Meeting is a meeting for all the local electors of the Parish. It is not a meeting of the Town Council.
Anyone may attend and registered electors of the Parish of Leyburn may speak and vote during the meeting.
