The wildflower areas are looking beautiful, thank you to the team of volunteers responsible for the project 
Volunteers have worked hard to establish and encourage wildflowers in areas around the Town. Wildflowers were sown in the first field going up to the Shawl, the green area between the Car Park & the Auction Mart, the tree planters in the Market Place and also at Thornborough Hall.
Native trees have been planted at the bottom of the Shawl Playing Fields and this area is left to grow naturally as a wildflower area.
All the areas are looking lovely for the first season, we hope that they will expand and flourish in the future.
